Right-click with the Fantastic Fist to absorb and negate all incoming damage for 3 seconds, though you will be slowed and show blue/black particles while slowed. Landing 20 hits fills a charge meter to 100%; Shift + Right-click when charged triggers the ultimate: greatly increased jump height plus a ground-pound that damages and knocks back nearby entities in an area highlighted by a particle circle, and the Fantastic Fist now features a custom gauntlet-style icon to match the supersuit.
