Description:
create a minecraft item that has the following description: 'Crafting: 1 Gold Ingot, 3 Lapis Lazuli, 1 TNT (shaped like a pendant). Effect: When held in the off-hand, it prevents TNT explosions within a 5-block radius from destroying item drops. The TNT still explodes and damages blocks, but all blocks that break (including ores) will drop their items. Consumes durability every few explosions. Purpose: Allows for safe and efficient strip mining or large-scale excavation with TNT, preserving valuable ore drops without needing to manually pick them up mid-explosion. Balancing: Doesn't prevent block destruction, only item loss. Consumes TNT and item durability. Does not protect against player-induced TNT damage.'
