Quickstart

1. Open your inventory — the recipe is unlocked automatically when you join a world.
2. Craft the Eon Breaker: Unleashed at a crafting table:

1. Hold it in your main hand. You will immediately gain permanent Resistance V and Fire Resistance.
2. Strike a nearby mob to feel the 5× damage multiplier and shockwave knockback.
3. Right-click (while standing still, not sneaking or sprinting) to tear open a Cataclysmic Fissure in front of you.

Overview

The Eon Breaker: Unleashed is a single-item mod that adds one legendary cosmic greatsword to the game. It sits in the Combat creative tab and is tagged as a sword. Its raw stats and three independent special abilities make it the most powerful weapon available, intended for high-difficulty, creative, or endgame challenge play.

Abilities And Mechanics

Passive Effects (while held in main hand)

• Resistance V — continuously refreshed, making you nearly impervious to all incoming damage.
• Fire Resistance — continuously refreshed, granting full immunity to fire and lava.
• Cosmic Particles — portal and end-rod particles ripple around you while you hold the sword.

Melee Strikes

Every hit deals 5× the base damage (the base hit lands, then a bonus 4× burst is applied as true damage). Hitting any enemy also triggers a 3-block shockwave that launches all nearby living entities away from you.

Right-Click Abilities

Each ability has its own independent cooldown — using one never delays the others.

Cataclysmic Fissure

Activation: Right-click (standing still — not sneaking, not sprinting) Cooldown: 90 seconds

Tears a 40-block long chasm directly in front of you. Any enemy caught in it takes 200 true damage, is launched into the air, and is afflicted with extreme Slowness for 6 seconds.

Absolute Temporal Stasis

Activation: Sneak + Right-click Cooldown: 180 seconds (3 minutes)

Freezes all living entities within 30 blocks for 8 seconds. While targets are frozen, any sword damage you deal to them is stored rather than applied immediately. When the stasis expires, all stored damage is doubled and released in a single burst on each affected target.

Tip: Combo this with Cataclysmic Fissure — activate Stasis first, then slash frozen targets repeatedly to stack enormous burst damage before time resumes.

Supernova Event

Activation: Sprint + Right-click Cooldown: 10 minutes

Summons a gravitational singularity 30 blocks ahead of you. For 12 seconds it pulls all enemies within 60 blocks toward it while dealing continuous void damage. After 12 seconds it detonates for 10,000 damage and leaves a burning fire field at the impact site.

Warning: This ability has a 10-minute cooldown — use it wisely, ideally when large groups of enemies are nearby.

Crafting And Obtaining

The recipe is automatically unlocked when you load a world. Craft it at any crafting table using end crystals, a nether star, netherite ingots, and a dragon egg:

The sword does not stack and cannot be duplicated — only one is produced per craft.

Progression And Strategy

• Obtain early materials — netherite ingots and a dragon egg are the main bottlenecks. You must defeat the Ender Dragon before crafting this sword.
• Hold it at all times — the passive Resistance V and Fire Resistance only apply while the sword is in your main hand, so keep it equipped during combat.
• Chain abilities in sequence: Start fights with Absolute Temporal Stasis to freeze enemies, deal heavy stored damage, then follow up with Cataclysmic Fissure on the survivors, and save Supernova Event for clearing large crowds or boss encounters.
• Cooldown management — since all three cooldowns are independent, you can use all three abilities back-to-back in a single engagement before any of them resets.
