The Dragon Heart is an epic, glinting trinket you hold and right-click to activate: it can play an optional dragon growl, grant a configurable list of potion effects for their configured durations and amplifiers, apply a cooldown, and uses durability instead of stacking until it breaks and shows a broken tooltip until repaired. All behavior is driven by the mod’s config—cooldown, which effects are applied, sound settings, whether activation damages the item, creative-mode behavior, activation messages, and tooltip options—and most changes take effect immediately after running /dragon_heart config reload. Automatic update actions have been removed: /dragon_heart update status now reports the installed jar version and explains updates are manual, operators receive a safe version-notified message if the saved config version differs from the jar, and the mod is published as version 8.0.0.
