Diamond Sculkstorm Katana

Quickstart

Craft the katana with the recipe below, then equip it. Attack with it to strike and ignite a foe; use the item button (right-click by default) while aiming to call down lightning.

Overview

The Diamond Sculkstorm Katana is a single-item weapon for melee combat and ranged lightning strikes. It can be crafted or found in the Creative inventory’s Combat tab.

How To Use

• Attack: Hit a living target with the katana. The strike ignites the target and displays soul-fire flames.
• Call lightning: Use the katana while aiming. It can strike an aimed living target or a block within 32 blocks. If your aim reaches neither, lightning strikes at the end of its range.
• Mind the flames: A melee hit also sets the wielder on fire briefly.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Melee hits set the target on fire for 5 seconds and the wielder for 2 seconds.
• Lightning has a 2-second cooldown.
• Melee hits and lightning uses each consume durability.
