Description:
The Creative Countdown Timer is a powerful block that grants all players on the server creative mode for exactly 60 seconds when placed. Simply place the glowing timer block anywhere in the world to automatically activate the countdown - all online players will instantly receive creative mode and be notified of the remaining time through chat messages and sound cues. After the 60-second timer expires, everyone returns to their original game mode with their inventories fully restored, and the timer block is consumed in the process.

User request: Creative tool that when gets palced the timer block starts to count down 1 minute. When timer started to count down all players have creative mode for the timer time left. When timer hits 0, everyone goes to survival with all items. This thing needs to be crafted from iron ingots and redstone dust only
