Bubblegum Magical Hoe

Quickstart

1. Open your crafting table — the recipe is automatically unlocked when you join the world.
2. Craft the Bubblegum Magical Hoe using two Pink Tulips and two Sticks:

1. Place it in your main hand. You'll notice a permanent enchanted shimmer even without any enchantments applied.
2. Swing it (left-click) to see cherry-blossom petals trail through the air. Hit a mob to trigger a burst of hearts, pink petals, and a magical chime.

Overview

The Bubblegum Magical Hoe is a netherite-tier hoe wrapped in a pink, floral aesthetic. It functions as both a fully capable farming tool and a respectable combat weapon, blending high-end stats with charming visual flair. Every swing and every hit produces delightful particle effects, making it as fun to watch as it is to use.

Abilities And Mechanics

Permanent Enchanted Shimmer

The hoe glows with an enchantment shimmer at all times, regardless of whether any enchantments are actually applied to it.

Cherry-Blossom Swing Trail

Each time you swing the hoe, a small cluster of cherry-blossom petal particles fans out in front of you. This triggers at the start of every swing, even if you don't hit anything.

Hit Burst — Hearts, Petals & Chime

When you land a hit on any living entity, three things happen simultaneously:

• 8 heart particles scatter around the target.
• 12 cherry-blossom petal particles burst outward in a wider spread.
• A magical amethyst chime sound plays at the point of impact.

Combat & Farming Stats

Built on netherite-tier tool material, the hoe deals +5 attack damage and has an attack speed modifier of −1.0 (comparable to a sword in feel). It tills soil and performs all standard hoe functions in addition to its combat role.

Hovering over the item in your inventory displays its motto:

Crafting And Obtaining

The recipe is automatically granted to every player the moment they join the world, so it will already appear in your recipe book.

Two Pink Tulips form the head and two Sticks form the handle — no netherite required to craft it, despite its netherite-tier stats.

Progression And Strategy

• Early accessibility: Because the recipe only requires flowers and sticks, you can craft the Bubblegum Magical Hoe very early in a playthrough — long before you could normally obtain netherite gear. This gives you a powerful tool and a capable weapon from the start.
• Dual-purpose use: Keep it in your hotbar for both tilling farmland and fighting off mobs that wander into your fields. The chime and particle burst make it easy to tell when hits connect.
• Enchanting: As a netherite-tier tool, it can be enchanted on an anvil or enchanting table like any other netherite hoe — adding Efficiency, Fortune, Mending, or combat enchantments to complement its built-in flair.
