Blood Leech is a cursed netherite scythe that, when held in your main hand, grants a 5% movement speed boost and instantly applies Sweeping Edge III. Left-click swings deal 10 damage at 0.6 attack speed, erupt in a burst of blood-red dust, and heal you for 2 hearts on each hit. Landing a killing blow permanently raises your maximum health by half a heart (up to reset to 20 hearts on death).
