Blockstorm Rifle

Quickstart

1. Obtain the rifle from the Creative inventory under Equipment, or use:

   /give @s com_blockstorm_rifle_ttjw5sjh:my_sword
   

2. Hold the Blockstorm Rifle in your hand.
3. Aim at a target and press the normal Use button:
   • Windows: Right-click
   • Mobile: Tap the use-interaction button
   • Console: Use the item-interaction control
4. Each use fires a fast projectile in the direction you are looking. The rifle starts with 40,000 bullets.

You can also craft it at a crafting table:

Overview

The Blockstorm Rifle is a rapid-fire weapon styled after an AK-47. It launches projectile shots toward your crosshair and includes enough ammunition for up to 40,000 shots.

The rifle is a single-stack equipment item and can also be used as a close-range weapon, dealing 6 attack damage.

What It Adds

How To Use

Hold the rifle in your main hand and use it while aiming.

The projectile is launched from in front of the player and follows the direction of the player’s view. Aim at mobs, players, or blocks to test its trajectory. The rifle fires one shot per use and consumes one bullet each time.

When the rifle’s ammunition reaches zero, using it no longer fires a projectile.

Crafting And Obtaining

Craft the Blockstorm Rifle in a crafting table using iron, gunpowder, redstone, and a stick.

Alternatively, obtain it from the Creative inventory or use the item command:

/give @s com_blockstorm_rifle_ttjw5sjh:my_sword

Abilities And Mechanics

Projectile Fire

Using the rifle creates a fast-moving projectile and launches it along your view direction. The projectile can travel upward, downward, or sideways depending on where you aim.

Ammunition

Each player’s rifle ammunition begins at 40,000 bullets when the rifle is used for the first time. Every shot consumes one bullet. The ammunition is tracked separately from the item’s inventory stack, so carrying multiple rifles does not provide an additional 40,000-shot reserve.

There is no separate reload interaction. Once the ammunition is empty, obtain another rifle or use the item again in a context where its ammunition is available.

Close-Range Damage

The rifle can be used as a handheld weapon and deals 6 attack damage when striking at close range.

Progression And Strategy

• Craft the rifle early when you have iron, gunpowder, redstone, and a stick.
• Aim carefully to conserve ammunition, even though the rifle has a large 40,000-shot capacity.
• Use open areas for testing the projectile’s travel path.
• Keep distance from hostile mobs and fire while watching your crosshair.
• Carry the rifle in your main hand when you want to switch quickly between aiming and close-range attacks.
