Blackwall Gateway

Quickstart

Craft the Blackwall Gateway at a crafting table:

Hold it and right-click to trigger a wave around yourself. It targets nearby hostile mobs within the default 128-block radius; the item is not consumed. In Creative mode, you can also find it in the Combat inventory tab.

Overview

The Blackwall Gateway is a powerful area attack. It slows and marks eligible enemies before striking them down. The effect is centered on the player using it, so you don’t need to aim at individual targets.

What It Adds

• Blackwall Gateway: A single-stack combat item that attacks eligible hostiles around its user.
• Activation effects: A brief digital-style visual and sound effect, with feedback showing how many entities were affected.

Abilities And Mechanics

• The wave affects hostile mobs and the Ender Dragon, but not players or other non-hostile entities.
• Targets are outlined and heavily slowed as the breach charges. Most are struck down after about a second; boss targets such as the Wither, Elder Guardian, and Ender Dragon have a longer charge of about three seconds.
• The default range is 128 blocks. Operators can change it with /breach radius <1-128>.
• Operators can use /breach toggle to turn activation and breach visuals and sounds on or off. This does not disable the attack.

How To Use

• Use the item: Right-click while holding the Gateway to affect eligible hostiles around you.
• Activate by command: A player can use /breach activate to trigger the same attack without using the held item. The command reports how many entities were affected.
• Tune the range: Operators can set a radius from 1 to 128 blocks with /breach radius <1-128>. The item’s tooltip displays the current radius.
