Blackflame Coalborn

Quickstart

1. In Creative mode, search for coal, charcoal, Coalborn, enhanced, or ultimate to find the mod's equipment.
2. Gather vanilla coal, charcoal, coal blocks, sticks, iron, copper, saddles, and diamonds.
3. Start with a Coal Ore or Charcoal armor piece and a matching tool. Equip armor in the normal armor slots and use tools like their standard Minecraft counterparts.
4. Craft material blocks and work toward the enhanced and ultimate tiers:
   • 9 charcoal craft a Charcoal Block.
   • Coal blocks, Charcoal Blocks, and diamonds combine into Ultimate Coal.
   • Ultimate Coal crafts into an Ultimate Coal Block.
5. Try a trident with its matching ammunition, place a Coal Block Shield or Charcoal Shield in your off-hand, and use Coal or Charcoal Saddles on compatible mounts.

Overview

Blackflame Coalborn turns coal and charcoal into a complete equipment progression themed around blackflame, and cursed tridents. It adds:

• Coal Ore armor, tools, spears, tridents, saddles, and ammunition
• Charcoal armor, tools, spears, tridents, saddles, and ammunition
• Enhanced Charcoal equipment
• Enhanced Coal tools
• Blackflame Coalborn armor
• Ultimate Coal armor, tools, spears, and tridents
• Coal and Charcoal Shields
• Charcoal Blocks, Ultimate Coal, and Ultimate Coal Blocks

The equipment is designed to be crafted at a crafting table and used through familiar Minecraft controls.

What It Adds

The mod adds Coal Ore, Charcoal, Enhanced Coal, Enhanced Charcoal, and Ultimate Coal versions of:

How To Use

Armor

Place the helmets, chestplates, leggings, and boots in the corresponding armor slots. The armor sets are separate equipment tiers, so you can choose between basic Coal Ore or Charcoal gear, enhanced equipment, Blackflame Coalborn armor, and Ultimate Coal armor.

Tools, swords, and spears

Hold the item in your hotbar and use it with the usual Minecraft attack, mining, or block-interaction controls:

• Swords and spears are weapons.
• Pickaxes, axes, shovels, and hoes perform their usual tool roles.
• Enhanced and Ultimate versions are crafted as higher-tier alternatives.

Tridents and ammunition

The mod includes three trident families:

• Charcoal Trident with Charcoal Trident Ammo
• Cursed Coal Trident with Coal Trident Ammo
• Ultimate Coal Trident with Ultimate Coal Trident Ammo

Keep the appropriate ammunition available when using a trident and use the trident's normal attack or throw control.

Shields

Equip a Coal Block Shield or Charcoal Shield in your off-hand and use the normal shield control to block attacks.

Saddles

Coal Saddles and Charcoal Saddles are crafted alternatives to a standard saddle. Use them as saddles with compatible mounts.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Armor: Equip each piece in its normal armor slot.
• Tools: Use Coal, Charcoal, Enhanced, and Ultimate tools for their corresponding Minecraft tool actions.
• Spears: Wield spears as melee weapons.
• Tridents: Use the Charcoal, Cursed Coal, or Ultimate Coal trident families with their matching ammunition.
• Shields: Place a Coal Block Shield or Charcoal Shield in the off-hand and use the normal blocking control.
• Saddles: Use the Coal Saddle or Charcoal Saddle on a compatible mount.
• Material blocks: Charcoal Blocks and Ultimate Coal Blocks are both crafting materials and can be placed as blocks.

Progression And Strategy

1. Begin with basic materials. Coal and charcoal provide the first armor, tools, spears, and utility items.
2. Choose a branch. Charcoal equipment leads into Enhanced Charcoal gear, while coal blocks lead into Blackflame Coalborn armor and Enhanced Coal tools.
3. Prepare blocks early. Charcoal Blocks are needed for enhanced charcoal equipment and Ultimate Coal.
4. Use diamonds for the next tier. Combine coal blocks, Charcoal Blocks, and a diamond to create Ultimate Coal.
5. Build the ultimate set. Ultimate Coal Blocks and the earlier equipment branches are used in the Ultimate Coal recipes.
6. Prepare ranged combat separately. Craft the matching ammunition before relying on a Charcoal, Cursed Coal, or Ultimate Coal Trident.
