Quickstart
- In your world settings, enable Experimental Settings and Beta API.
- Find a village bell or place a vanilla bell.
- Interact with the bell to ring it. Bellforged Guardians summons five iron golems around it, within 10 blocks.
- Try ringing it where there’s open space and solid ground nearby so the golems have room to appear.
Overview
Bellforged Guardians turns bells into an instant call for iron golem defenders. It uses vanilla bells and iron golems; there’s no new equipment to craft or use.
How to Use
A bell can trigger the defenders when:
- A player interacts with it.
- An entity strikes it.
- A projectile hits it.
Each trigger summons a fresh group, so ringing the bell repeatedly can call in more golems.
Abilities and Mechanics
- Five defenders: Each activation attempts to summon five iron golems.
- Near the bell: Golems appear within 10 blocks of the bell. Clear space and solid ground nearby help them spawn.
- Vanilla golem behavior: The defenders are regular iron golems and act on their own; they aren’t a controllable unit.
