Beaconlight Flashlight

Quickstart

Craft a flashlight at a crafting table, then hold it and use it once to turn the light on. Aim at a nearby surface or open space to move the light with your view. Use the flashlight again to turn it off.

The recipe uses 1 Glowstone Dust, 2 Iron Ingots, 1 Redstone, and 1 Stick:

How To Use

• While the flashlight is active, its bright light follows where you look.
• When you aim at a block, the light appears in the air just beyond the face you’re pointing at. If you aren’t aiming at a block, it tries to light a spot about six blocks ahead.
• The target must be air. If the spot is blocked, the flashlight won’t place a light there.
• Use the flashlight again to switch it off.
