Description:
Arctic Icebinder Scythe — light blue and white scythe with an elongated black handle (texture faces left). On hit: encases the target in a solid 4x4x4 ice cube (not hollow) and applies Slowness II and Mining Fatigue II for 15 seconds. Sweeping Edge: sweeping attacks hit a 3x3 area and also apply the ice trap, Slowness II, and Mining Fatigue II to affected mobs.

User request: Arctic Scythe — light blue and white scythe with an elongated black handle. On hit: traps target in a solid 4x4x4 cube of ice (not hollow) and applies Slowness II and Mining Fatigue II for 15 seconds. Has Sweeping Edge: sweeping attacks deal damage in a 3x3 area; the ice trap, Slowness II, and Mining Fatigue II also apply to mobs hit by the sweep. Texture faces left
