Owner Access Panel

The Owner Access Panel is a powerful handheld admin tool that lets you manage key world settings and player access from a single item. The first player to right-click an unclaimed panel becomes its permanent owner, and only the owner and players they authorize can use it. Unauthorized players will be denied access with a sound cue and a warning message.
To use the panel, sneak and right-click to cycle through its nine modes, then right-click normally to activate the selected mode. Available actions include healing yourself, restoring your hunger, setting the time to day or night, clearing the weather, toggling between Survival and Creative mode, authorizing or revoking the nearest player within 10 blocks, and viewing a list of all players who have access. Hover over the item at any time to see the current owner, active mode, and how many players are authorized.
