Mod Wiki

Wormmon Training Grounds

Quickstart

On your first spawn, you receive a Digivice and a Motimon partner. Use the Digivice to open its menu, then check Partner status and try Feed one apple. Feeding uses an apple from your inventory.

Craft and place a Digimon Training Machine, then interact with it to train Speed, HP, or MP. If your partner gets tired or injured, bring it near a bed and interact with the bed to let it rest.

  • Craft a Digivice with .
  • Craft a Training Machine with .

Overview

Raise a Digimon partner through four stages: Motimon, Wormmon, Jewel Beemon, and Bancho Stingmon. Train its stats, issue battle commands, and keep an eye on its hunger, fatigue, HP, and MP.

Your partner speaks in chat when it needs care or is hurt. Water-drop marks and a warning above its name signal high fatigue; a heart signals hunger.

What It Adds

  • A Digivice menu for checking status, feeding, battle commands, and calling or recalling your partner.
  • A Training Machine with Speed, HP, and MP training options.
  • Bed-side rest to restore your partner.
  • Battle moves and a friendly Stingmon sparring target.
  • Four evolution stages, each with more base HP and MP than the previous one.

How To Use

Digivice and care

Use the Digivice to open its menu:

  • Partner status shows stage, HP, Speed, MP, fatigue, hunger, and condition.
  • Feed one apple consumes an apple and restores 45 hunger, 15 MP, and 8 HP, up to their limits.
  • Call / recall partner brings your partner out or safely puts it away in the Digivice.
  • If your partner has passed away from starvation, choose Begin a new Motimon in the menu.

Apples can be gathered or traded for in the world. Hunger decreases over time, so feed your partner before it reaches zero.

Training

Interact with the Training Machine and choose Train Speed, Train HP, or Train MP. Each session adds fatigue and uses some hunger and MP. Training is unavailable while your partner is injured or sick.

Battle commands

Open Battle commands in the Digivice menu:

  • Basic move costs 10 MP.
  • Super move costs 25 MP and requires MP close to its maximum.
  • Spar with Stingmon creates a friendly target to practice against.

Your partner must be called out to use moves. Battling uses hunger and adds fatigue. Defeating the sparring Stingmon also improves Speed and MP.

Rest

Have your partner nearby, then interact with a bed. Rest clears fatigue, restores HP and MP, and clears injuries. A bed does not replace feeding.

Crafting And Obtaining

The Digivice and Training Machine can both be crafted at a crafting table.

Digivice

Training Machine

Abilities And Mechanics

  • Training gains: Speed training increases Speed; HP training increases maximum HP and restores some HP; MP training increases maximum MP and restores some MP. Speed also improves battle-move damage.
  • Battle moves: Basic moves deal damage based on Speed; the Super move deals more damage. MP slowly recovers over time.
  • Care warnings: Fatigue builds from training and moves. At high fatigue, water-drop marks appear and your partner may say it needs bed rest. Low hunger prompts requests for apples; very low hunger combined with high fatigue can make it sick.
  • Battle injuries: If your partner is defeated, it survives but becomes injured and cannot train or battle until it rests.
  • Starvation: Hunger continues to fall over time. If it stays at zero for too long, your partner dies; use the Digivice to raise a new Motimon.

Progression And Strategy

Training actions and battle progress advance digivolution. The next stages require 3, 8, and 15 total training counts respectively. Digivolution restores HP and MP, clears injury, and increases base HP and MP.

Train in short sessions and rest before fatigue gets high. Keep apples on hand, especially before sparring, and save MP for a Super move only when your partner has nearly a full reserve.
