Worldfire Exskaliber

Quickstart

1. Craft the Worldfire Exskaliber with the recipe below.
2. Hold it in your main hand — it deals 50+ damage per swing and is recognized as a sword.
3. Left-click a mob to ignite it for 20 seconds and trigger a fiery explosion that also shatters any bedrock caught in the blast.
4. Left-click bedrock directly to mine it instantly in a single swing.
5. Right-click to throw the sword as a flaming projectile. It detonates on impact, shatters bedrock in the blast radius, drops itself on the ground, and you can walk over to pick it back up.

Overview

The Worldfire Exskaliber is a legendary sword of catastrophic destructive power. It combines massive melee damage, area-of-effect fire explosions, bedrock-breaking capability, and a throwable projectile mode — all in one indestructible, fireproof weapon.

Abilities And Mechanics

Melee (Left-Click on a mob or entity)

• Attack damage: 50+ per swing — far beyond any vanilla weapon.
• Attack speed: Slightly slower than a standard sword.
• On hit: The struck enemy is set on fire for 20 seconds.
• On hit: A power-5 fiery explosion erupts at the target's position, destroying nearby blocks, spreading fire, and shattering all bedrock within the blast radius.
• Disables shields for 5 seconds on each hit.

Mining (Left-Click on a block)

• Swinging the sword directly at bedrock breaks it instantly — no need for an explosion.
• Other blocks are also mined faster than with a standard sword.

Throw (Right-Click)

• Launches the sword forward as a fast projectile with a slight downward arc (very low gravity).
• Plays a fire-charge sound on throw.
• On hitting a mob or entity:
  • Deals 50 direct damage.
  • Sets the target on fire for 30 seconds.
• On any impact (entity or block):
  • Triggers a power-7 fiery explosion — larger than the melee explosion — destroying blocks, spreading fire, and shattering all bedrock within the blast radius.
  • The sword item drops at the blast site so you can retrieve it.
• In Creative mode the sword is not consumed when thrown. In Survival, it is removed from your inventory on throw and drops back after detonation.

Passive Properties

• Fire-resistant — the item will not be destroyed by fire or lava.
• No durability — once crafted it lasts forever.

Progression And Strategy

• Every melee hit creates an explosion at the target's feet. Avoid swinging near structures you want to keep, as even bedrock will be destroyed in the blast.
• The thrown mode produces an even larger explosion than melee. Use it to clear groups of mobs or demolish entire areas — including bedrock floors — from a safe distance.
• After throwing, move toward the blast site promptly to retrieve the dropped sword before it gets knocked away.
• Because bedrock is no longer a barrier, the sword can open paths to the void or through the Nether ceiling. Be careful near edges.
