Description:
Wither Sporeshroom is a corrupted mushroom‐style block that steadily invades nearby solid blocks every 5 seconds, intelligently creeping toward the nearest player or mob within about 16 blocks. Any creature stepping on its surface is afflicted with Wither and Slowness for 3 seconds and then contracts “Infected I” for 30 seconds (upgrading to a lethal “Infected II” for 60 seconds if not cured). Simply eat a Golden Apple or place a Purifier Block (which instantly scans a 20-block radius) to cleanse all Sporeshrooms and remove any lingering infection.
Manage versions and create new iterations of this mod.

User request: can you make a block that looks like a infected mushroom block that spread in every direction onto every single block every 5 seconds and when mobs or the player steps on it they get wither and slowness for 3 seconds Edit v2: i want you to make it so that it only spreads onto other blocks not into air blocks or empty spaces and that when it spreads it removes the block its gonna spread onto and replaces that block instead of going onto it Edit v3: add a Wither Sporeshroom Hivemind Behavior All blocks share a centralized script. Spread: Every tick interval (e.g., 5 seconds). Searches in radius for nearest player or mob. Spreads toward those entities if found. If no entities, it does fallback adjacent spreading. also add a Purifier Block When placed: Instantly scans 20-block radius. Removes all wither_sporeshroom blocks. Crafting: 4 Diamonds, 4 Gold Ingots, 1 Stone Block (center). Texture: Will use custom texture (blue corners, gold stripes, stone). Edit v4: please make it way less laggy but same features and add a effect called Infected I and you get this effect for 30 seconds after walking on a wither sporeshroom block and after those 30 seconds you will get Infected II which lasts 60 seconds and if you eat a golden apple it will cure the Infected debuf and if the Infected II goes away without the player eating a golden apple the player will die and it looks like a radiation symbol when it shows up in the effects bar
