Description
This scroll unleashes a devastating two-phase water technique inspired by ancient jutsu. Right-click once to summon a massive rushing wave that freezes all enemies within 35 blocks in front of you, locking them in place with swirling water and bubble effects. Right-click again to release the frozen enemies with an explosive riptide sweep that launches them upward and forward while dealing 8 damage, then the scroll enters a 10-second cooldown before it can be used again.
