Description
The Water Style Bubble Rift is a mystical scroll that summons a stationary water orb surrounded by rotating bubbles when activated; right-click while holding the scroll to create the rift three blocks in front of you. The orb pulls nearby players and mobs into orbit and deals damage to any living entity whose body touches the rift, lasting 8 seconds with a 5-second cooldown and no effect on players in creative or spectator mode.
