Verdant Tody Grove

Quickstart

1. Explore the Overworld for a Tody Grove. Gather Tody Logs from its trees.
2. Turn a log into Tody Planks, the starting point for the building set:

1. Make Tody wood pieces for your build using the recipes below. For a quick wildlife visit, find Tody Birds in the grove, or use a Tody Bird Spawn Egg from Creative’s Spawn Eggs tab on a block.
2. In Creative, try planting a Tody Sapling on suitable soil and placing a Tody Fern to bring the grove’s greenery to a build.

Overview

Tody Grove is a lush Overworld biome with Tody trees, ferns, and its own bird. Its green-toned grass and foliage make it a distinct place to explore, while the trees provide a complete wood-building palette.

What It Adds

• Tody Grove: A naturally generated, leafy biome with Tody trees and fern patches.
• Tody Bird: A grove-dwelling bird with familiar chicken behavior. Birds spawn in small groups; seeds can attract and breed them, and they lay eggs like chickens.
• Tody plants and terrain: Tody Leaves, Tody Grove Grass, Tody Saplings, and Tody Ferns.
• Tody wood set: Logs, stripped logs, wood, stripped wood, planks, stairs, slabs, fences, doors, and more.
• Tody boats: A regular boat and a boat with a chest.

How To Use

• Explore and harvest: Look for Tody Grove in the Overworld. Use an axe to mine its logs and wooden blocks.
• Grow and decorate: Plant a Tody Sapling on suitable soil to grow a Tody tree. Place Tody Ferns and Tody Leaves as greenery; Tody Grove Grass is a decorative ground block.
• Build: Place Tody Stairs and Slabs for shapes, Fences and Fence Gates for boundaries, and Doors and Trapdoors for entrances. Buttons and Pressure Plates provide familiar wooden redstone controls.
• Travel: Place a Tody Boat on water and board it. The Tody Boat with Chest adds storage for a trip.
• Decorate: Tody Signs, Hanging Signs, and the shallow Tody Shelf are placeable decorative blocks.
