Twinstrike Rift Dagger

Quickstart

• Craft the dagger at a crafting table using one netherite sword, one ender pearl, one amethyst shard, and one lapis lazuli:
• Put it in your hotbar and hold it. Try a normal attack to see its twin strike.
• Aim in the direction you want to travel, then press your use/interact button to dash that way. The action bar shows when Rift Dash is ready again.

Overview

The Twinstrike Rift Dagger is a violet-blue weapon with a delayed follow-up hit and a directional dash. Its dash has a 10-second cooldown.

What It Adds

One dagger, combining melee attacks with a movement ability. The dagger is unique: extra copies in players’ inventories may be removed.

How To Use

• Attack: Hit an enemy with the dagger to trigger a second hit after about 0.6 seconds.
• Dash: While holding the dagger, use it to launch in the direction you’re looking. Aim up or down to angle your movement.
• Check cooldown: The action bar displays either Rift Dash: Ready or the remaining cooldown time.

The recipe is shapeless and uses a crafting table. It requires a netherite sword, ender pearl, amethyst shard, and lapis lazuli.

Abilities And Mechanics

The dagger has an attack damage value of 5. Its follow-up strike deals an additional 5 damage and slightly knocks the target away from you.

The dash applies an impulse in your viewing direction and becomes available again after 10 seconds.

Progression And Strategy

Use the follow-up strike to add damage after landing a hit, and save the dash for repositioning or moving toward a target. Check the action bar before relying on the dash to escape or engage.
