The Twin Wyrm Scepter is a powerful magical item that summons two allied wyrm fighters to battle by your side. Right-click with the scepter to summon the wyrms, which will automatically attack nearby hostile mobs while following you around. The summoned wyrms last for 30 seconds and the scepter has a 60-second cooldown before it can be used again.

2. Click to play on the top of the screen.
