Description

The Training Grounds is a special item that, when right-clicked, opens a GUI to choose from eight hostile mob types and set how many of each (up to 10); click START BATTLE to instantly spawn the selected mobs around you within a 50-block diameter arena. The arena edge is marked with white carpet at the surface and spawned mobs are prevented from leaving the boundary—if they try to walk or teleport out they are pulled back to a safe spot just inside the edge, and stepping off the carpet ends the battle and despawns the mobs. The white carpet ring now automatically disappears whenever the fight ends (including if you leave the arena) and it also clears after all training mobs are defeated, at which point you’ll receive a completion message.
