Quickstart

• In Survival: Look for Tiny Trigger Terriers in bright areas of forests, plains, and meadows. They can appear alone or in pairs.
• Tame one: Use a bone or sweet berries on the terrier. Each attempt has a 35% chance to tame it, so you may need to try more than once.
• In Creative: Find the Tiny Trigger Terrier Spawn Egg in your inventory, or summon one with /summon com_tiny_trigger_terrier_ly775kic:mycustom.
• Stay near your terrier and lead it into an open view of hostile monsters. It automatically fires its mini guns at monsters it can see; you don’t need to equip or aim a weapon.

Overview

Tiny Trigger Terrier is a small, long-eared combat companion. Wild terriers attack hostile monsters, and a tamed one follows its owner and helps defend them.

What It Adds

• One terrier mob and its spawn egg.
• Automatic mini-gun attacks against hostile monsters.
• Bone and sweet-berry taming.

How To Use

Use a bone or sweet berries on a wild terrier to try to tame it. Once tamed, it follows you and attacks monsters that threaten you or that you attack.

Interacting with a terrier plays its greeting animation. Its mini guns work automatically; there is no separate gun item or manual firing control.

Crafting And Obtaining

There is no crafting recipe for the terrier. Find one naturally in bright forest, plains, or meadow areas, or spawn one with its spawn egg or the command shown in Quickstart.

A terrier killed by a player can drop up to one rabbit hide. It may also drop gunpowder; Looting can improve the chance.

Abilities And Mechanics

• Automatic defense: The terrier targets hostile monsters within about 20 blocks when it has a clear shot. Its bursts can be stopped by an obstruction.
• Tamed companion: It follows its owner and helps against nearby monsters involved in a fight.
• Durability: The terrier has 24 health.

Progression And Strategy

Tame a terrier early, then keep it close as you explore. Give it a clear view of threats rather than leaving it behind walls or other obstructions.
