Description:
This mod adds the Tarantula Broodmother, a towering boss spider twice the size of normal spiders with 129 hearts and an orange boss bar; it performs a devastating 12-block super jump that crushes nearby players and, when slain, spawns seven hostile baby spiders. Its attacks have a 30% chance to inflict Poison I for 3 seconds plus nausea, and it will no longer appear naturally in the world — you must summon it with its craftable spawn egg.
Manage versions and create new iterations of this mod.
This will create a new mod based on "Tarantula" with your modifications. The original mod will remain unchanged and you'll be credited as the author of the remix.
This will create a new version of "Tarantula" for Minecraft Java 1.20.1. The original mod will remain unchanged.

User request: spider that looks like: Use texture and acts like: Mob Name: Tarantula HP: 258 Orange boss bar, can only be spawned in with a craftable spawn egg (easy recipe) Attacks: Super jump Will jump 12 feet into the air, if it lands within a 2ft radius of you, you will take 4 hearts of damage, the spider will do this every 18 seconds Poision: Will sometimes attack you with poison + nausea effect On death, the spider will spawn 7 really small spiders that do 2 damage per hit Edit v2: Regenerate the texture to a orange spider, the texture bugged Edit v3: Make it where the mob cant spawn in the world Nerf the poison damage
