Tactical Arsenal Expansion is a military-themed firearms overhaul that adds 192 weapons across every major class, a full attachment system, craftable ammunition, field medical and armor consumables, and a persistent rank progression system. Everything revolves around the Tactical Armorer Tablet: use it to requisition weapons by category, fit attachments onto your guns, and resupply ammo — all through a streamlined menu. Combat earns Tactical XP, and reaching higher ranks unlocks more powerful weapons gated to those tiers.

Hold a Field Medical Kit and use it to patch up wounds — you move slightly slower while applying it. Equip a Ballistic Armor Plate the same way for damage mitigation; it is heavier and noticeably slows you during application.

The eight fusion weapons are crafted at a crafting table by combining existing base weapons with attachments, rare ammo, and special Minecraft materials. Each recipe represents the merging of two or more weapon platforms into a new hybrid.
Chimera Fusion Rifle — fuses the Arclight M4 and Manticore Adaptive Rifle with a Nether Star core.










Helix Breach PDW — fuses the Vector .45 and Aurora PDW with an Echo Shard.


Wyrmfire LMG Scorcher — fuses the Monarch Heavy LMG and Thunder Belt-Fed MG with a Blaze Rod.









Revenant DMR-12G — fuses the Viper DMR and Hydra Auto Shotgun with a Phantom Membrane.








Starfall Rail Sniper — fuses the Ghost Suppressed Sniper and Atlas Anti-Materiel Rifle with a Nether Star.










Vortex Battle Carbine — fuses the Kestrel Compact Carbine and Raven Battle Rifle with an Ender Pearl.










Eclipse Void Launcher — fuses the Underbarrel Launcher and Manticore Adaptive Rifle with Dragon's Breath.









Titanfall AKM-MG — fuses the Valkyrie AK Rifle and Thunder Belt-Fed MG with a Netherite Ingot.
The most powerful weapon in the mod requires all eight fusion weapons and a Nether Star arranged in a specific fusion-grid pattern at a crafting table. This is the endgame pinnacle weapon.
Every time you kill an enemy while holding a mod weapon, you earn Tactical XP stored permanently per player (it persists across sessions). Your rank is calculated as floor(XP / 150), up to a maximum of rank 20. When you rank up, you receive a chat notification and new weapon tiers become available in the Armorer Tablet's requisition menu.
A persistent heads-up display on your action bar updates every tick while you hold any weapon. It shows the weapon name, live ammo count, base damage, effective range, and whether the weapon is ready to fire (lock status). Nothing needs to be toggled — it activates automatically when a weapon is held.
Attachments fitted through the Armorer Tablet change a weapon's behavior and stats. Optics improve accuracy and zoom, muzzle devices modify sound signature and recoil, magazines increase capacity, grips and stocks adjust handling, the bipod improves precision when deployed, and the underbarrel launcher adds explosive capability. Each combination creates a distinct weapon variant tracked individually.
The Ballistic Armor Plate is a use-activated consumable. Using it applies a protective buff but halves your movement speed during the animation. Use them before expected heavy contact rather than mid-firefight.
Start by crafting the Tactical Armorer Tablet and claiming a starter kit. Focus on gathering iron, gunpowder, and copper to keep your Light Ammunition stocked. SMGs and carbines are your workhorses — fast-firing and low-cost to feed. Craft Field Medical Kits and keep several in your hotbar.
With heavier ammo recipes accessible and enough XP to unlock mid-tier weapons, move into assault rifles like the Arclight M4 or Falcon SCAR Platform. Fit a Red Dot Sight or Holographic Sight via the Armorer Tablet for improved accuracy at range. Begin farming rare drops (Echo Shards, Phantom Membranes, Blaze Rods, Ender Pearls) to prepare for fusion weapon crafting.
High-rank weapons include anti-materiel rifles, belt-fed LMGs, and suppressed long-range platforms. Start building toward the fusion weapons by acquiring base weapon pairs. Each fusion weapon requires you to already possess both parent weapons plus a rare Minecraft material, so plan your progression accordingly.
Crafting the ultimate hybrid requires all eight fusion weapons simultaneously plus a Nether Star. This means completing the entire fusion weapon chain before you can attempt the final recipe. This weapon represents the pinnacle of the mod's progression and is only accessible to players who have mastered every prior tier.
