Description
Spinach is a powerful food item that restores 6 hunger points with high saturation, making it a great choice for keeping your hunger bar full. When eaten, it grants Strength I for 30 seconds and Regeneration II for 5 seconds, giving you a Popeye-style combat boost perfect for tough fights. Simply hold right-click to eat it just like any other food, and check its tooltip in your inventory to see a reminder of the effects it provides.
