Mod Wiki
Skullgem Death Wand
Quickstart
Craft the wand using the recipe below, then equip it in your main hand. Use (right-click by default) to cast the currently selected spell; the wand starts with Spawn Tamed Zombie selected.
Use your attack control (left-click by default) while holding the wand to cycle through spells. The selected spell appears on screen. Holding the wand prevents you from mining or attacking with that control, so use it to choose spells and use the wand to cast.
Crafting And Obtaining
The recipe unlocks automatically for players when they join. Arrange the ingredients vertically: wither skeleton skull, amethyst shard, then stick.
What It Adds
The wand is a single, non-stackable item with four spells. Each spell has its own cooldown.
Abilities And Mechanics
| Spell | Effect | Cooldown |
|---|---|---|
| Spawn Tamed Zombie | Summons a persistent zombie ally that won’t target you and follows when you’re nearby and it has no other target. | 2 seconds |
| Bone Spears | Fires three bone spears forward in a spread. Each spear deals 11 damage on a hit. | 5 seconds |
| Death Return | Sets your respawn point at your current position in the current dimension. It does not teleport you. | 5 minutes |
| Wither Field | Inflicts Wither III for 5 seconds on living entities within 5 blocks, excluding you. Nearby allies can be affected too. | 30 seconds |
The wand is kept when you die and returned to your inventory when you respawn.
