Description

The Shadow Keyblade is a powerful netherite-tier sword infused with dark energy that now deals 36 attack damage and features a faster attack speed for rapid, devastating strikes. While holding it, press Z to Shadow Dash (teleport 8 blocks forward), X to Shadow Strike (unleash dark magic that damages and withers nearby enemies), C to Shadow Cloak (turn invisible and gain a short burst of speed), and V to Shadow Burst (send surrounding enemies airborne with a shockwave). Each ability has its own cooldown—time your dashes and special attacks strategically to control the battlefield and chain quick melee swings with your abilities for maximum effect.

Quickstart

Craft the Shadow Keyblade using obsidian, blackstone, and netherite ingots (recipe below).
Hold it in your main hand — it deals 36 attack damage at a fast attack speed.
Try pressing Z to instantly teleport 8 blocks forward, then swing for a quick follow-up hit.

Overview

The Shadow Keyblade is a single, powerful netherite-tier sword infused with dark energy. Beyond its devastating melee damage, it comes with four keybind-activated abilities that let you dash, strike, vanish, and blast enemies away — turning you into a mobile, hard-hitting force on the battlefield.

The sword appears in the Combat creative tab and counts as a sword for all vanilla sword interactions.

Abilities And Mechanics

All four abilities are activated with keybinds while the Shadow Keyblade is in your hand. Each has its own independent cooldown displayed on-screen.

Note: Abilities only activate when the Shadow Keyblade is in your hand and not on cooldown.

Keybinds can be rebound in Options → Controls → Shadow Keyblade Abilities.

Progression And Strategy

Shadow Dash is your gap-closer and escape tool. Use it to close distance on ranged enemies or retreat when overwhelmed.
Shadow Strike excels against groups. The Wither effect continues to drain health after the initial hit, rewarding you for lingering in melee range.
Shadow Cloak has the longest cooldown — save it for dangerous situations where you need to reposition or avoid a crowd unseen.
Shadow Burst pairs well with cliff edges or environmental hazards; send enemies airborne and let the fall damage finish the job.
Chain Shadow Dash → melee swing → Shadow Strike for a rapid burst combo that maximises the fast attack speed of the blade.
The sword's netherite tier means it holds up throughout end-game content and is fire-resistant if dropped in lava.
