Description
Adds a Ruby Forge themed expansion that gives you a new ruby ingot plus a full set of ruby equipment: helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots, and the complete toolset (sword, pickaxe, axe, shovel, hoe), all with custom models, textures, recipes and a dedicated Ruby Forge creative tab. Obtain ruby ingots via the included crafting recipes, craft and wear or use the ruby armor and tools (which use a custom tool/armor material with defined stats and durability), and repair them on an anvil using ruby ingots; axes, shovels and hoes retain their vanilla behaviors. Start by opening the Ruby Forge creative tab or crafting the ingots to equip superior gear and progress using the familiar Minecraft controls and crafting/anvil systems.

Quickstart
- Open your crafting table and combine 1 Iron Ingot + 1 Redstone + 1 Red Dye (shapeless) to craft a Ruby Ingot.
- Use Ruby Ingots to craft any piece of ruby armor or a ruby tool — recipes follow the standard Minecraft patterns.
- Equip your new gear and head out! Repair worn items on an anvil using Ruby Ingots.

Overview
Ruby Forge adds a complete tier of ruby-themed equipment to the game — a full armor set and every standard tool type, all crafted from the new Ruby Ingot. The ruby material sits above iron with custom stats and durability, and every item features custom textures and models.

Abilities And Mechanics
- Ruby Armor uses the diamond equip sound and provides protection stats above iron tier. Durability is based on a material multiplier of 37.
- Ruby Sword deals extra attack damage with a fast swing speed comparable to diamond.
- Ruby Pickaxe mines all blocks mineable with a pickaxe.
- Ruby Axe, Shovel, and Hoe behave exactly like their vanilla counterparts — stripping logs, flattening paths, tilling farmland — but with ruby-tier speed and durability.
- Repairing: Place any ruby item on an anvil with Ruby Ingots to restore durability.
Progression And Strategy
Ruby gear is a mid-game upgrade. You need Iron Ingots and Redstone (both obtainable before the Nether) to produce Ruby Ingots, making this a natural step after iron before pursuing diamond or netherite. Stockpile Redstone and Red Dye early so you can craft a full set in one session. Because Ruby Ingots also repair the equipment on an anvil, keeping a small supply on hand will extend the life of your gear significantly.
