The Rosemary Sprig is a small herbal food item that restores 2 drumsticks of hunger and provides moderate saturation when eaten. Simply right-click while holding it to eat it, just like any other food. Upon finishing it, you gain a brief Regeneration effect for 5 seconds, giving you a small burst of natural healing - making it a handy snack to keep on hand during or after a tough fight.
