Description:
The Radiant Sustenance Wand is a single‑target healing tool: right‑click while aiming at a living target within 16 blocks to instantly heal 3 hearts and grant Regeneration I for 6 seconds. Each use costs resources: if you have 6 or more saturation it consumes 6 saturation; if you have 1–5 saturation it drains all remaining saturation and also requires 4 hunger points; if your saturation is 0 it requires 4 hunger points; if you cannot cover the full cost the wand fails and plays a soft failure sound with no heal. On successful use you’ll hear a success chime and see heart and end‑rod particles plus a brief end‑rod beam connecting you to the target; creative players aren’t affected by hunger/saturation costs.

User request: A Minecraft mod that adds a magical Healing Wand. When the player uses the wand on any entity from a distance, it instantly restores health and applies a mild Regeneration I effect for 6 seconds. Each use of the wand consumes 2 points of the player's food saturation. The wand should only activate if the player has enough saturation to pay the cost. Include a small particle or light effect when the healing is triggered. Edit v2: Update the Healing Wand so that if the player has no saturation left to consume, the wand instead consumes 2 hunger shanks (2 points of the hunger bar). The wand should always try to consume 2 saturation first, and only fall back to consuming hunger points if saturation is at 0. Edit v3: Update the Healing Wand so that whenever the wand is used, a visible magical beam appears between the player and the target being healed. The beam should trigger only if the healing succeeds (meaning saturation or hunger cost is paid). The beam should last briefly during the healing action and visually indicate the connection between caster and target. All previous mechanics remain unchanged. Edit v4: Update the Healing Wand so that each use now consumes 6 saturation points instead of 2. If the player has less than 6 saturation, the wand should try to consume all remaining saturation, and if saturation reaches 0, it then consumes 2 hunger shanks (2 hunger points).
