The Nether Cursed Wraith haunts the Nether as a floating specter with a hooded head, skeletal arms, it aggressively attacks with poisonous punches that inflict potent poison and can drop the nether Cursed Sword as a rare trophy. Encounters present a boss-style health bar labeled "nether cursed wraith" (or the wraith's custom name) that updates live during the fight, and the wraith now reliably spawns wielding its cursed sword but is extremely rare in the Nether.
