Description
There are no crafting recipes for this mob. It cannot be created with /summon; use the Creative spawn egg or wait for natural spawning.
Minecraft Mod adds a custom villager mob named Minecraft Mod. It uses villager-style behavior, including professions, schedules, village routines, trading, breeding-related behavior, and biome-based appearances.
Adult villagers can work and trade, while some naturally spawned villagers may be children and will not immediately function as adult traders.
| Content | Details |
|---|---|
| Minecraft Mod villager | A custom villager with a unique Minecraft Mod appearance |
| Creative spawn egg | Minecraft Mod Spawn Egg |
| Natural spawning | Village-biome spawning on suitable surface blocks |
| Trading | Profession-based villager trades |
| Drops | Emeralds, iron or gold, and rare diamonds or nether stars |
The villager may appear with different standard villager professions, including farmer, fisherman, shepherd, fletcher, librarian, cartographer, cleric, armorer, weaponsmith, toolsmith, butcher, leatherworker, mason, nitwit, or an unskilled appearance.
Use the Minecraft Mod Spawn Egg from the Creative inventory on a suitable block. The egg has a brown base with a purple overlay.
The mob can also spawn naturally:
Natural spawns are uncommon, so the spawn egg is the fastest way to test the mob.
Interact with an adult Minecraft Mod villager to trade. Trades follow the villager's profession, and the villager can resupply trades as part of its normal work routine.
Place the villager near appropriate workstations to support its profession and daily schedule. It can also recognize village points of interest and beds.
The mob can be named with a Name Tag. Protect it from hostile mobs and accidental damage if you want to keep a particular profession or set of trades.
There are no recipes for Minecraft Mod content.
You can obtain the mob by:
The mob is not summonable with the /summon command.
Minecraft Mod follows ordinary villager-style routines:
The villager's appearance can reflect its biome and profession. Natural spawning randomly selects an adult or child and assigns a villager-style profession or an unskilled/nitwit role.
Like a standard villager:
Drops require the Minecraft Mod villager to be killed by a player.
| Drop | Amount or chance |
|---|---|
| Emeralds | 4–12 |
| Iron ingots or gold ingots | Iron: 1–4, or gold: 1–2 |
| Diamonds | 15% chance, yielding 1–2 |
| Nether Star | 2% chance |
Looting can increase emerald, iron, and gold amounts and improves the chances of the rare diamond and nether star drops.
