Mod Wiki

Might Meter

Quickstart

  1. Start fighting non-player living creatures. Each defeat credited to you adds 5% damage.
  2. Check the MIGHT readout and gold bar near the lower-left of the screen.
  3. Keep defeating creatures to build your bonus; there’s no item to craft, equip, or activate.

Player-owned projectiles count too. The meter is tied to your player and is retained through death and respawn.

Overview

Might Meter rewards combat with a steadily growing bonus to your damage. The bonus applies when you damage living entities, including with attacks from your projectiles.

What It Adds

  • A persistent Might bonus that increases by 5 percentage points per credited defeat.
  • An on-screen readout showing your total bonus as a percentage.
  • A bar showing progress through each 100 percentage points of bonus.

How To Use

Fight as usual. A defeat counts when damage attributed to you kills a non-player living entity. This includes kills from projectiles you own. Defeating another player does not increase the meter.

The displayed percentage is your total damage bonus: for example, MIGHT +100% means your damage is doubled. The bonus builds with each defeat rather than requiring a separate trigger.

Abilities And Mechanics

The bonus increases the damage dealt by your attacks. It applies to damage attributed to you, including damage dealt by your projectiles. Your current bonus is displayed on the HUD while the game interface is visible; hiding the HUD also hides the meter.

Progression And Strategy

Every credited defeat adds another 5% damage, so keep fighting to strengthen your attacks. The meter’s bar tracks progress through each additional 100 percentage points; use the percentage readout to check your exact bonus.
