Description
The Lightning Style Zap Frame is now represented as a scroll while retaining its original effects: it creates a glowing ring of electric sparks positioned ahead of you and, when you right-click, fires an electric projectile that deals magic damage and inflicts severe paralysis (extreme slowness, weakness, and mining fatigue) for 5 seconds on impact. To use it, hold the scroll so the ring appears ahead as a visual cue and right-click to shoot the zap in the direction you are looking.
