The mining plane intelligently adapts to your viewing angle: look straight down or up to clear a horizontal 10x10 platform, or face a wall to carve out a vertical 10x10 tunnel cross-section. Simply mine any block as you would normally, and the shovel automatically clears the surrounding area while respecting bedrock and other indestructible blocks.
