Heartblade Guardian

Quickstart

1. Load into your world — your Guardian Girlfriend spawns automatically the very first time you join. She appears right next to you, ready to fight.
2. Craft the Heartblade Locket at a Crafting Table so you can summon or recall her at any time:

1. Use the Locket (right-click / tap the Use button) to instantly summon her to your side or recall her if she has wandered or crossed into another dimension.
2. Let her do her job — she will seek out nearby hostile mobs, retaliate when you take damage, and follow you everywhere.

Overview

Heartblade Guardian adds a single, powerful companion entity — the Guardian Girlfriend — who stays with you from the moment you first spawn. She is designed to be an ever-present, effectively unkillable protector: she hunts monsters, retaliates against anything that hurts you, crosses dimensions to reach you, and periodically speaks flirtatious protection lines in your action bar accompanied by a voice cue.

How To Use

Summoning & Recalling

• On first spawn she appears automatically — no action needed.
• Locket use: Hold the Heartblade Locket and use it to summon her to your location. If she is alive somewhere in the world, she teleports to you. If she is missing or invalid, a fresh Guardian Girlfriend is spawned.
• Duplicate cleanup: The mod automatically removes any extra copies, so you will always have exactly one Guardian per player.

Combat Behavior

• She actively hunts monsters and undead within an 18-block radius on her own.
• When you take damage, she immediately targets the attacker and retaliates.
• She deals 60 damage per hit and moves quickly to close the gap with hostiles.

Dimension Crossing

• If you travel to another dimension (Nether, End, etc.), use the Locket to recall her. She teleports directly to you regardless of which dimension you are in.

Companion Perks

• Periodically displays flirt / protection lines in your action bar (e.g., "Locket warm, sword ready, eyes on you.") paired with a voice sound.
• Grants you short defensive buffs when she is nearby and active.

Crafting And Obtaining

Craft the Heartblade Locket at a Crafting Table using gold, redstone, diamond, and iron:

The Locket appears in the Equipment tab of the creative inventory and has an enchantment glint, making it easy to spot. It cannot be stacked.

Her name tag is always shown above her head and cannot be changed with a name tag item.

Progression And Strategy

• Early game: The Guardian Girlfriend spawns with you immediately — let her clear mobs while you gather resources. She is aggressive enough to handle most overworld threats on her own.
• Craft the Locket ASAP: Even though she auto-spawns, you want the Locket in your inventory so you can recall her after dimension travel or if she gets separated by complex terrain.
• Use her as a scout: Her 18-block target detection and high movement speed mean she will rush toward nearby hostiles before you even see them — watch her movement as an early warning system.
• Dimension travel: Always use the Locket when entering a new dimension to pull her through immediately rather than waiting.
• Player buffs: Stay near her during tough fights to benefit from the short defensive buffs she periodically grants you.
• She drops nothing: Do not worry about keeping her alive — she is effectively unkillable — but if something goes wrong, simply use the Locket to respawn her.
