Description:
guard-villager-gnucxttn:guard_villager_gnucxttn_spawn_egg) to place one anywhere.Guard Villager is a Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.21.5 (Java Edition) that adds armored villager defenders to the game. Guards look like villagers wearing a full set of iron armor and carrying an iron sword. They patrol villages, hunt down nearby hostile mobs, and will never attack players or other villagers. You can also order an individual guard to follow you or hold position using a simple right-click interaction.

Right-click a Guard Villager with your main hand to cycle through its three modes:
An action bar message confirms whichever mode is active. Each right-click advances to the next mode in the cycle.
Guards will automatically target and melee-attack zombies, skeletons, creepers, spiders, and other hostile mobs without any player input. They will also retaliate if struck. Guards never despawn, so a village guard stays on duty indefinitely.
Village defense — Guards spawn in villages scaled loosely to the number of workstations present (up to 6 guards per village cluster). They complement iron golems and fill gaps that golems miss.
Wilderness caravans — Occasionally, a small group of 2–4 guards spawns in the open wilderness accompanied by 1–2 trader llamas, away from any village. These roaming caravans are rare; encountering one is a useful early-game boost if you lead them toward your base using Follow mode.
Follow + Stay tactics — Set a guard to Follow while you explore dangerous areas, then switch it to Stay once you reach a camp or base entrance for a stationed sentry. Switching back to Patrol lets it resume active roaming when you leave.
This mod adds the Art Deco Relic Skeleton, an ancient guardian statue that spawns across the Overworld and can be awakened by using bone meal on it four times to become a powerful, loyal companion roughly twice the size of a normal skeleton with high health and strength; it follows and defends you from hostile mobs, can be equipped with weapons and armor, has a toggleable support mode for PvP, and never despawns or burns in daylight. It features a restored, cleaner Art Deco appearance with pale white and grey relic bone tones, emerald inlays, a clearer skull face and complete arms and legs, and includes a matching spawn egg.
The Bold Jumping Spider is an adorable, tameable spider companion you calm with spider eyes; it loyally follows you, is passive toward players, can ride on your shoulder, remembers and defends against foes it has faced, and helps in combat by leaping at enemies and shooting slowing webs while avoiding villagers, iron golems, and other players unless provoked. Wild Bold Jumping Spiders now spawn in six permanent visual varieties — original, black-and-white, tan, white, a bright orange with cobalt-blue fangs, and a new cream-colored variant with dark green fangs and cute jumping-spider eyes — and they occasionally perform short exploratory hops while idle for extra charm.

This mod adds the Cloud Chicken, a fluffy white bird that floats gently like a drifting cloud—peaceful and skittish, it slowly drifts downward, flees from players, and rises upward when it touches water instead of swimming. It lays special Cloud Eggs that give nearby creatures a short levitation when thrown and sometimes hatch into baby Cloud Chickens, and killed Cloud Chickens drop a new Cloud Feather collectible which appears in the Ingredients creative tab.

This mod adds The Grey, a peaceful extraterrestrial visitor inspired by classic alien encounters. This tall, slender creature hovers eerily above the ground and wanders the Overworld both day and night, observing players with quiet curiosity and offering mysterious trades like Ender Pearls, End Crystals, Elytra, and enchanted artifacts. The Grey is now safe in rain and water — it will not teleport away or drown and can remain in wet weather or water without harm.
Adds the Shallow Light Hugger, a gentle black-and-purple giant that is blind but senses the world through sound and scent; it sniffs and rumbles with a happy heartbeat, bonds with you even in Creative, follows and defends you, and gives protective hugs that grant regeneration, resistance, and strength. Huggers do not spawn naturally and must be summoned with the Hugger Shrieker, which now appears correctly when placed and also spawns matching Hugger Sensor blocks around the summoned Hugger to help it detect and protect its owner; both the shrieker and sensors are available in the creative inventory and the sensors can be safely placed.
