Quickstart

1. Open your crafting table and craft the Golden Apple Crown using the recipe below.
2. Place it in your helmet slot.
3. That's it — you'll immediately begin receiving powerful status effects as long as you wear it.

Overview

The Golden Apple Crown is a helmet that channels the power of an Enchanted Golden Apple. Simply by wearing it, you continuously benefit from four strong status effects, making you far more resilient in combat, against fire, and while taking damage.

Abilities And Mechanics

While the Golden Apple Crown is worn in your helmet slot, the following effects are refreshed every 4 seconds, keeping them active at all times:

The effects are reapplied automatically — you don't need to do anything after equipping the crown. If you remove the crown, the effects will expire naturally on their own.

Crafting And Obtaining

The crown is crafted in a shaped recipe using 4 Golden Apples and 1 Enchanted Golden Apple:

The recipe is unlocked as soon as you join a world.

Progression And Strategy

• The crown's effects mirror those of eating an Enchanted Golden Apple, but persist indefinitely while worn — making it far more powerful for sustained combat.
• Absorption IV grants 8 extra absorption hearts on top of your normal health pool, acting as a constant buffer.
• Resistance I reduces most incoming damage by 20%, stacking well with armor.
• Regeneration II provides fast health recovery, letting you survive fights that would otherwise be fatal.
• Because the crown occupies your helmet slot, you trade conventional helmet armor points for these effects. Consider enchanting it with Protection or Unbreaking to compensate or extend its durability.
• The crafting cost is intentionally steep (requiring an Enchanted Golden Apple), so treat this as a late-game or prestige item.
