The Golden Achacha is a rare and magical golden fruit that restores 6 hunger points when eaten, along with a healthy amount of saturation. Upon consumption, it grants Regeneration II for 5 seconds to quickly restore your health, as well as Absorption I for 2 minutes, giving you a buffer of extra hearts to protect you from harm. Simply hold right-click while holding the Golden Achacha to eat it, just like any other food item.
