Frost Rotor Gunship

Quickstart

1. Get the gunship item — find the Frost Rotor Gunship in the Creative inventory under the Items tab, or craft it at a Crafting Table (see recipe below).
2. Place it — hold the item and use it on any solid surface (right-click / tap). The helicopter spawns in the world as a rideable entity.
3. Mount up — walk up to it and interact (right-click / tap) to see the "Pilot Frost Rotor Gunship" prompt. Press it to take the pilot seat.
4. Fly — use your normal movement controls (W/A/S/D or the on-screen joystick) to steer through the air. Third-person camera is supported and pulls back automatically for a cinematic view.
5. Fire — press your primary action button (right-click / screen tap) to launch an explosive rocket forward. Watch the action bar for the cooldown indicator before firing again.
6. Dismount — sneak/crouch to exit the helicopter. You can remount it at any time.

Overview

The Frost Rotor Gunship brings a fully modeled Russian military attack helicopter into Bedrock Minecraft. It features a military-green camouflage hull, detailed cockpit, spinning main and tail rotors, landing skids, and side-mounted weapon pods. It is a single-seat, player-piloted vehicle that floats in the air, responds to player input, and can deal explosive damage to targets using wither-skull rockets.

Crafting And Obtaining

Creative Mode

Open the inventory, go to the Items tab, and search for Frost Rotor Gunship. Take the item and place it anywhere.

Survival Crafting

Craft the gunship item at a Crafting Table using the recipe below:

The recipe requires iron ingots, redstone, emeralds, a diamond, and iron bars arranged in a shaped pattern.

How To Use

Placing the Helicopter

Hold the Frost Rotor Gunship item and use it (right-click or tap a block). The helicopter entity appears near your feet ready to be boarded.

Piloting

Approach the helicopter and interact with it when the "Pilot Frost Rotor Gunship" prompt appears. Once seated:

• Move forward / strafe — standard movement keys or joystick
• Reverse — works at reduced speed compared to forward flight
• Altitude — the helicopter has no gravity; use your jump/fly controls to ascend and descend
• Camera — automatically switches to a wide third-person view with a smooth follow distance

Firing Rockets

While piloting, press your primary action (right-click on keyboard, the action button on touch) to fire an explosive wither-skull rocket in the direction you are looking. The rocket travels quickly and detonates on impact, producing a large explosion and a blast particle effect. The explosion does not destroy blocks. After firing, a cooldown is shown on the action bar — wait for it to clear before shooting again.

Dismounting

Crouch/sneak while riding to exit the helicopter. It remains in the world and can be re-entered at any time.

Abilities And Mechanics

Progression And Strategy

• Early game: Gather iron and redstone first, then save up emeralds and a diamond to craft the gunship. It is an expensive mid-to-late Survival build, so treat it as a prestige vehicle.
• Combat use: The rocket's explosion radius of 3 blocks is powerful against groups of mobs. Because it does not break terrain, you can safely fire near structures without griefing your builds.
• Cooldown management: Each shot locks you out for just over a second. Stay mobile between shots to avoid taking damage while the cooldown ticks down.
• Scouting: The wide third-person camera and no-gravity flight make the gunship excellent for scouting large areas quickly. It flies over water and avoids damage-dealing blocks automatically.
• Protection: With 80 HP the gunship is durable but not indestructible — land somewhere safe when not in use to avoid losing it to stray damage.
