Fatal Broccoli Pizza

Quickstart

1. Craft one Fatal Broccoli Pizza:

1. Keep the pizza out of your inventory if you want to survive. Picking it up or successfully inserting it into your inventory immediately starts its curse.
2. When the loud ominous audio finishes—about five seconds later—you die with the message <player> killed themselves.
3. For a controlled demonstration, hold the pizza without an active curse and right-click. You begin a normal eating animation; completing it kills you.
4. If the curse audio is already playing, eating is blocked.

Overview

Fatal Broccoli Pizza is a cursed food item. It looks like something you can eat, but simply bringing it into your inventory is dangerous. The curse plays a loud audio clip and schedules your death when the clip ends.

The item has a glint and displays these tooltip lines:

• A delicious broccoli pizza...
• What could go wrong?

What It Adds

• Fatal Broccoli Pizza — a stackable food item with a maximum stack size of 64.
• A loud, ominous curse audio effect.
• A custom death message: <player> killed themselves.
• A shaped crafting recipe using poisonous and otherwise hazardous ingredients.

How To Use

Triggering the curse

The curse activates when a Fatal Broccoli Pizza successfully enters your inventory, including when you:

• Pick it up from the ground.
• Receive it through an inventory insertion.
• Move or insert it into your inventory.

The audio begins immediately and plays for approximately five seconds. When it finishes, the curse kills you automatically. Avoid picking up or moving the pizza if you do not intend to trigger it.

Eating the pizza

If no curse audio or death timer is active:

1. Hold the pizza in either hand.
2. Right-click to start eating.
3. Continue until the normal eating animation finishes.

Finishing the animation kills you and uses one pizza in Survival mode. In Creative mode, the pizza is not consumed, but the lethal effect still occurs.

Eating cannot be started while the curse audio is playing.

Crafting And Obtaining

The recipe becomes available after entering a world. Craft the pizza at a crafting table using the displayed recipe:

The recipe uses:

• Poisonous potatoes
• A spider eye
• Bread
• A fermented spider eye
• Wheat

You can also find the item in the Food & Drinks creative inventory tab or use its item ID with /give.

Abilities And Mechanics

• The pizza is treated as a food item and uses the standard eating animation.
• It has a shimmering enchantment-style glint.
• Inventory entry is itself a lethal trigger; you do not need to eat it.
• The curse audio is played at a notably loud volume.
• The death occurs after the inventory-triggered audio finishes.
• A pizza already being held can be eaten only when no inventory curse is active.
• The pizza's custom death message says that the player “killed themselves.”

Progression And Strategy

Fatal Broccoli Pizza has no conventional progression system. Treat it as a challenge, trap, or prank item:

• Craft or obtain it before deciding where to test it.
• Keep it outside your inventory until you are ready to activate it.
• Do not pick it up casually in Survival mode.
• Use the eating interaction only when you deliberately want to trigger the effect.
• If you are testing the item with others, warn them that picking it up is enough to start the countdown.
