Eternity's Garden
Quickstart
- Install the
.mcaddon and apply both the behavior pack and resource pack to a new world.
- Generate a new world — Eternity's Garden spawns naturally in place of forest and plains biomes, so just start exploring.
- If you want to head there immediately, run this command in-game:
/locate biome com_eternitys_garden_oqdui4lo:eternitys_garden
- Travel to the coordinates it returns. Look for purple cosmic grass, glowing trees, and crystal spires on the horizon — you've arrived.
Overview
Eternity's Garden replaces a portion of your overworld with a sweeping celestial wilderness. The sky shifts to deep space, water takes on a starlight-blue hue, and grass and foliage glow in shades of purple and cosmic violet. The landscape is shaped into galaxy forests, nebula valleys, floating continents, and crystal mountain ranges — all of it lit by naturally luminous blocks so the world never goes fully dark, even underground.
This is a purely exploratory biome. There are no new mobs, no new crafting recipes, and no progression gating — just terrain, light, and atmosphere to experience and build within.

How To Use
Finding the Biome
Use /locate biome com_eternitys_garden_oqdui4lo:eternitys_garden to get coordinates. The biome generates as a natural overworld region, so it may also appear organically during normal exploration.
Navigating the Terrain
- Floating continents and elevated crystal formations are a signature feature — bring blocks or an elytra for safe traversal.
- Aurora Crystal spires emit strong light (level 12) and mark the biome's most dramatic formations.
- Galaxywood trees fill the forest zones; their leaves glow faintly, making navigation easy at night.
- Flora (Galaxy Bloom, Aurora Fern) dots open plains and clearings, emitting gentle ambient light.
Collecting Blocks
All blocks are obtainable by hand or with the appropriate tool:
- Shovel for Galaxy Grass and Stardust Soil.
- Axe for Galaxywood Logs.
- Pickaxe for Nebula Stone and Aurora Crystal.
- Galaxywood Leaves, Galaxy Bloom, and Aurora Fern break instantly with any tool or by hand.
All blocks appear in the Creative inventory under the Nature category if you want to retrieve them without visiting the biome.
Abilities And Mechanics
- Permanent ambient glow — Aurora Crystals (12), Galaxywood Leaves (8), Galaxy Bloom (7), and Aurora Fern (5) ensure the biome stays lit even in caves and at night, without requiring torches.
- Custom sky and water — the deep-space sky and starlight-blue water are client-side visual effects tied to the biome; they appear automatically when you enter the region.
- Purple foliage tint — grass and tree foliage render in cosmic purple tones throughout the biome, fully replacing the standard green palette.
- No hostile darkness — because luminous blocks generate throughout the terrain and into cave systems, mob spawning from darkness is greatly reduced in this biome.
Progression And Strategy
Eternity's Garden is a sandbox environment rather than a progression system. Here are some ways to engage with it:
- Base building — the biome's glowing blocks make for striking decorative builds. Aurora Crystals and Galaxywood Logs mix well for a celestial aesthetic.
- Resource harvesting — stockpile Aurora Crystals as a renewable high-brightness light source for builds elsewhere in your world. At light level 12, a single block illuminates a large area.
- Exploration challenges — the floating continent terrain makes traversal its own mini-game; try to cross large gaps using only resources gathered within the biome.
- Photography / screenshots — the combination of deep-space sky, glowing flora, and purple landscape is designed for visual spectacle. Try visiting at in-game night for the full cosmic effect.
