create a minecraft item that has the following description: 'so a magic staff that when youre holding it and right click you get a gui and the gui has 4 element powers when Fire water earth wind and when you click one you get to choose 3 abilities from the element and when you click on the ability by holding the staff you can click x to use it ' Edit v2: add 3 new elements and dont make me like have to use commands to pick and select the ability and i want when i click right click it gives me a gui to choose and also make the ability cooler and better and realisticer
