Description

Elemental Ascendance Token gives you an ability board with devastating Fire and Air magic. Use projectiles, traps, meteor impacts, tornadoes, levitation creatures, and temporary transformation abilities.
The token is a one-use unlock item. Once it has been used, the unlocked abilities remain available even after the token is consumed.
Arcane and Water are available in the selector, but the active ability set is currently the Fire set for every selection other than Air. Choose Air to switch to the wind abilities.
| Key | Fire selection | Air selection |
|---|---|---|
| W | Fireball | Wind Shockwave |
| X | Fire Mine | Air Ball |
| C | Meteor Rain | Wind Gust |
| V | Fire Volley | Air Tornado |
| B | Fire Tornado | Air Shulkers |
| N | Fire Player Form | Giant Tornado |
The key names can be changed from Minecraft’s Controls menu if needed.
Press R to toggle the Ability Board. It shows the abilities for the currently selected element, along with useful details such as casting time, cooldowns, and effect size.
Press E to open or close the Element Selector. When it is open, press 1–4 to choose an element.
Fire is the default discipline and is selected when the token is first used.
Launches a fast fireball in the direction you are looking. It damages hostile mobs and other players on impact and sets them on fire.
Places a concealed fire mine beneath you. Its marker is visible to you, but hidden from other players.
A hostile mob or another player entering the mine triggers an explosion that damages nearby entities, ignites them, and throws them back.
Start a meteor storm by pressing or holding C while Fire is selected. Meteors fall around your position from the sky, causing explosive impacts, fire damage, and knockback.
The nearby sky turns orange while the storm is active. Meteor Rain continues after you release the key and ends when you are hit, so avoid taking damage during the storm.
Fires a spread of 11 fireballs in quick succession. Aim at a group of enemies or sweep the volley across a wide area.
Summons a large moving fire tornado several blocks in front of you. It travels in the direction you are facing and is useful for damaging and disrupting groups of enemies.
Transforms you into a temporary fiery form.
While transformed:
Press N again to end the form. The form also ends if you touch water, which places the transformation on a longer lockout.
Fire Player Form lasts for up to 60 seconds. Fire Tornado and Fire Volley are unavailable while the transformation is active.
Open the Element Selector with E and press 2 to select Air.
Begins charging a powerful radial blast. Hold W for about 3 seconds to complete the cast.
The shockwave expands around you and launches nearby enemies away. Taking damage interrupts the charge, so find a safe position before casting.
Launches a compact air projectile toward your aim point. It has a short cooldown and repels entities when it strikes.
Use it to push enemies away, interrupt approaching mobs, or create space during a fight.
Begins gathering a large wind attack around you. The charge takes about 5 seconds and must not be interrupted by damage.
When released, the gust sweeps across a very large area and creates a powerful airborne wind effect for about 10 seconds.
Creates an enormous air vortex reaching roughly 80 blocks high. The tornado pulls, lifts, and spirals entities caught inside it, applying levitation and periodic magic damage.
The Air Tornado remains active for about 60 seconds.
Summons an army of six floating Air Shulkers. They orbit you when no targets are nearby and automatically hunt nearby entities.
The shulkers fire tracking air bullets that damage targets, launch them, and apply Levitation. The army lasts for about 60 seconds.
Creates the largest Air vortex, rising roughly 300 blocks high and covering a huge area.
The Giant Tornado pulls entities inward, lifts them through the column, applies Levitation, and deals repeated magic damage. It remains active until your health reaches three hearts, so use it carefully in dangerous areas.
The token is available in the Creative Tools tab and can also be crafted using the displayed recipe.
Players receive the recipe automatically, including when joining a world. Only one token is needed per player because right-clicking it unlocks the Fire discipline permanently before consuming it.
The Ability Board displays cooldown information for abilities that use it. Short-range abilities such as Fireball and Air Ball can be used frequently, while large attacks such as Fire Tornado, Fire Volley, Air Shulkers, and the tornado abilities require longer recovery periods.
Wind Shockwave and Wind Gust require a charging period. Taking damage during either charge interrupts the ability. Meteor Rain has a different mechanic: once it begins, it continues until the caster is hit.
The abilities can affect hostile mobs and other players. The large-area attacks are especially effective against groups, while Fireball, Air Ball, and Fire Mine are better suited to individual targets or tactical setup.
Water ends Fire Player Form immediately. Water also disperses wind-based bubble effects if one is active, so avoid entering water while relying on aerial movement abilities.
