Description
This mod adds a new naturally generating Overworld biome called the Electronical Biome with distinctive colors, ambience, surface rules, and themed decorations to explore. Players can harvest and place new blocks and items — Charged Circuit Grass, Conductor Node, and Echo Circuit Crystal — each with custom models, loot, and placement behavior, and interacting with those blocks or entities produces an arcade-like hit sound with a short anti-duplicate cooldown for smooth multiplayer audio. For easier access in creative mode, the mod provides an Echo Circuit Biome Blocks tab (using the Echo Circuit Crystal as its icon), but in survival you simply find the biome and collect or experiment with its conductive nodes and crystals.

Echo Circuit Biome
Quickstart
- Load a world with the mod installed (TerraBlender is required).
- Explore the Overworld until you find the Electronical Biome — its surface is covered in teal-tinted Charged Circuit Grass with glowing Echo Circuit Crystals growing on top.
- In Creative mode, open the Echo Circuit Biome Blocks tab (look for the Echo Circuit Crystal icon) to grab all three blocks instantly.
- In Survival, mine Conductor Node with a pickaxe, break Charged Circuit Grass by hand or with a shovel, and snap Echo Circuit Crystals by hand (they break instantly).
- While inside the biome, click, attack, or interact with anything to hear the arcade-style hit sound that plays with each action.
Overview
Echo Circuit Biome adds a single new Overworld biome — the Electronical Biome — that generates naturally across warm, moderately humid inland terrain. The biome has a distinct electronic aesthetic, replacing the standard grass surface with circuitry-themed blocks and dotting the ground with crystalline flora. Interacting with the world while standing inside the biome triggers a retro arcade sound effect, making exploration feel uniquely alive.

| Electronical Click | Sound | Arcade hit sound; plays on interaction inside the biome |
How To Use
Finding the Biome
The Electronical Biome generates in warm, moderately humid continental areas of the Overworld. Use /locatebiome echo-circuit-biome-q5n4n75d:electronical_biome to find the nearest one quickly.
Harvesting Blocks
- Charged Circuit Grass — Drops itself when broken (behaves like Grass Block). No special tool required, but a shovel is fastest.
- Conductor Node — Drops itself when mined with a pickaxe. Has stone-like hardness (strength 2.0).
- Echo Circuit Crystal — Breaks instantly with no tool required and always drops itself. It cannot be placed on just any surface (see below).
Placing Echo Circuit Crystal
Echo Circuit Crystals can only be placed on top of:
- Charged Circuit Grass
- Grass Block
- Dirt
- Coarse Dirt
- Podzol
They have no collision box, functioning exactly like a flower.
The Electronical Click Sound
Any time you use, attack, or interact with a block or entity while physically standing inside the Electronical Biome, a short arcade-style click sound plays. A brief cooldown (a couple of ticks) prevents the sound from spamming in rapid succession, keeping multiplayer audio clean.
Abilities And Mechanics
- Surface Rules: The Electronical Biome's floor layer is always Charged Circuit Grass, and the layer beneath it is always Conductor Node, giving the biome a consistent and harvestable terrain profile.
- Loot Integrity: All three blocks are explosion-resistant in terms of loot — they only drop their items if they survive the explosion, consistent with standard Minecraft block behavior.
- Creative Tab: The Echo Circuit Biome Blocks tab appears in Creative inventory and contains all three blocks, with the Echo Circuit Crystal as its icon.
Progression And Strategy
- Early game: The Electronical Biome is entirely passive and safe to explore. Head there early to stock up on Conductor Nodes (a decorative stone-like block) and Charged Circuit Grass for building.
- Decoration: Use Charged Circuit Grass as a colorful alternative to standard grass blocks, and grow Echo Circuit Crystals on top for ambient decoration in builds.
- Sound design: If you enjoy the biome's arcade ambience, building a base inside the Electronical Biome means every interaction — from opening a chest to hitting a mob — plays the retro click sound.
- Landscaping: Since Conductor Node requires a pickaxe and has above-average blast resistance, it makes a reasonable decorative building block with moderate durability.
