Description:
This portable teleportation item lets you save an exact location (including dimension) and teleport there from anywhere: sneak + right‑click saves your current coordinates and dimension (the item gains an enchanted glint), and a normal right‑click will instantly teleport you to the saved spot across dimensions with departure/arrival sounds and confirmation messages. After a successful teleport the item goes on a 30‑minute cooldown (saving has no cooldown); if you try to teleport while it’s cooling down you’ll receive a clear message showing the remaining time in mm:ss and no teleport occurs. If no location is saved or the saved dimension no longer exists you’ll get a clear message and teleportation won’t happen — note you may arrive inside blocks or hazardous terrain since the item teleports to the exact saved coordinates, and the cooldown is stored per item across dimensions.

User request: Create a Minecraft mod that adds a teleportation item. When the player right‑clicks while sneaking, the item records the exact coordinates and dimension of the current location. These coordinates are permanently stored inside the item. When the player later uses the item normally, they are instantly teleported back to the saved location, regardless of distance or dimension (Overworld, Nether, End, or modded dimensions). The item can only be used once every 1 hour, with a visible cooldown indicator. If no location has been saved yet, the item does nothing. Edit v2: Fix the teleportation item so that it correctly teleports the player to the saved coordinates. Currently the item saves the location but fails to teleport the player. Ensure that, when the item is activated (not sneaking), the mod reads the stored dimension and coordinates from the item's NBT data and force‑teleports the player to that exact location, even across dimensions. Make sure the dimension transfer and the position set are both executed. Keep the 1-hour cooldown unchanged. Edit v3: Fix the teleportation item so that the 1‑hour cooldown is applied only after the teleportation action, not after setting the saved location. Sneaking + right‑click should store the coordinates and the dimension instantly with no cooldown. Using the item normally should teleport the player to the saved location (across any dimension), and only after a successful teleport should the 1‑hour cooldown start. Make sure the mod distinguishes clearly between the 'set location' action and the 'teleport' action in the cooldown logic. Edit v4: Forgot the cooldown, remove it Edit v5: After the teleport, not the set location, add a cooldown of 30 minutes
