Diamond Valkyrie Huntress
Quickstart
- Craft a Valkyrie Summoning Sigil using the recipe below.
- Hold the sigil and use it (right-click / interact) to summon the Diamond Valkyrie Huntress near you.
- If you're wearing weak or leather armor when she notices you, she'll gift you a full diamond kit and Poison Arrows so you have a fighting chance.
- Fight her down from 50,000 HP — stay alert, she regenerates and hits hard, especially her critical strikes.
- She also appears on her own once per in-game day, so expect a surprise visit even without summoning her.
Overview
The Diamond Valkyrie Huntress is a massive, diamond-armored boss encounter. She's a relentless, self-healing warrior with a huge health pool who challenges players to a daily duel. You can summon her at will with a special sigil, or wait for her to find you automatically every day. She comes bearing gifts for underprepared fighters, but don't expect her to go easy on you afterward.
What It Adds
- Diamond Valkyrie Huntress – a powerful boss-type mob with 50,000 HP, diamond-lined armor, and constant health regeneration.
- Valkyrie Summoning Sigil – an item used to call the Huntress to your location.
- Valkyrie Diamond Bra, Leggings, and Shoes – a matching diamond armor set granted to underprepared challengers.
- Armor-Piercing Diamond Bow – a special bow that fires explosive, piercing projectiles.
- Poison Arrow – ammunition supplied alongside the bow.
- A Spawn Egg for the Diamond Valkyrie Huntress, for creative testing or manual spawning.
How To Use
Summoning the Huntress
Craft and hold the Valkyrie Summoning Sigil, then use it to call her to a location near you. She'll spawn a short distance away with a dramatic announcement and level-up sound. If she's already active somewhere nearby, using the sigil again won't summon a second copy — you'll be told she's already hunting.
She also spawns automatically once per Minecraft day near a player in the world, so you may run into her even if you never craft a sigil.
The Fight
- The Huntress has 50,000 HP and regenerates 50 HP every second, so hit-and-run tactics without sustained damage won't work — you need serious, consistent firepower.
- When she's within striking range (about 5 blocks), she deals 23 damage per hit, with a 10% chance of a devastating 400 damage critical hit ("That was a critical kiss of diamond!").
- Her current health is displayed on your action bar whenever you're near her, so you can track your progress in real time.
- She's fire-immune and always shows her name and health in her nametag.
Getting Equipped
If the Huntress notices you wearing weak armor (missing pieces, leather chestplate, leather leggings, or leather boots), she will automatically equip you with:
- Valkyrie Diamond Bra (chestplate)
- Valkyrie Diamond Leggings
- Valkyrie Diamond Shoes
- A Diamond Helmet
- An Armor-Piercing Diamond Bow (added to your inventory)
- 64 Poison Arrows (added to your inventory)
This only happens once per player — after you've been "aided," you're on your own for future encounters, so make good use of the gear.
The Armor-Piercing Bow
Using the Armor-Piercing Diamond Bow doesn't fire a normal arrow — instead, it launches a fast, explosive projectile in the direction you're looking, accompanied by an explosion sound. It's a high-risk, high-reward weapon suited for taking down heavily armored or high-HP foes like the Huntress herself.
Crafting And Obtaining
Craft the summoning sigil with diamonds and an ender eye:
The Valkyrie armor set, bow, and Poison Arrows cannot be crafted — they are only obtained by being "aided" by the Huntress when she finds you underequipped during an encounter.

Progression And Strategy
- Treat your first encounter as a scouting run — if you're under-armored, the Huntress will gear you up on the spot, so it can pay to approach in weak armor once to claim the free kit.
- After that, you'll need to bring your own gear and enchantments, since the free aid only triggers once per player.
- Use the Armor-Piercing Bow's explosive shots at range to chip away at her enormous HP pool while avoiding her melee range, since her critical hits can devastate even well-armored players.
- Because she regenerates HP constantly, sustained, high-DPS strategies (enchanted gear, ranged bombardment, and teamwork) work far better than slow attrition.
- Keep an eye on the action bar HP counter to judge how much longer the fight will last and whether to retreat or push the advantage.
